The show Uttar Behni, conceived by Sanchita Abrol, was based on the Dogri poetry “Uttar Behni” by Padma Shri Padma Sachdev, the mother of modern Dogri poetic discourse in India.

Inspired by her verses, the presentation portrayed a journey that begins enveloped in loneliness and impeded paths and transforms to strength through self-realization and self-determination in devotion to cosmic Lord Shiva.

The show detailed the history and significance of a mystic river and captures Padma Sachdev’s spiritual and emotional connection.Sanchita Abrol took everyone through the journey of a female to her ultimate absorption into the deity, as reflected by the mystic poetess.
