Kunwar Vyogi Memorial Trust ) invites entries from artists to host Art Appreciation Workshops during our upcoming art exhibition ‘Divinity and Heritage’ from 13th-16th April, 2020 at Jammu, as part of the annual ‘Kunwar Viyogi Utsav’


  • Dates: 13th to 16th April, 2020.
  • Venue: Amar Mahal Palace, Jammu and KVMT Auditorium, Jammu
  • Duration 2 hours
  • Workshop can be on: Painting, sculpture, ceramics, mix media, lec-dem


  • Last date of submission: 15th March, ’20
  • Release of Final Workshop List: 1st April, ’20

Details of entry:

  • Participating fee: Rs. XXX for booking a two-hour workshop, to be paid at the time of registration
  • Participation details: An amount Rs 500/- will be levied on every participant who attends the workshop conducted by the artist. Participating artists need to get at least 15 age appropriate participants for their workshops.

    Workshop revenue

  • The revenue generated from the Art Appreciation workshops will be shared between artist and the Trust in the ratio of 70:30. 70% will be the share of the artist and 30% will be the Trust’s share. The amount shall be reimbursed to the artist once the entire payment is received.
  • Return of artworks

  • All the art work created during the workshops shall be put up for display in the ongoing ART EXHIBITION.
  • The said art work can only be returned to the participants after the exhibition is over.
  • The Trust holds the right to retain any art work created during the period and use it for further display purposes.
  • Collection of artworks and handing the same over to the participants is the responsibility of the artists after the exhibition is over. The Trust will not be responsible for any artwork that is misplaced or damaged during the exhibition.
  • Declaration by artist: I confirm reading and accepting all terms and conditions as per the proposal and submitting my application for conducting Art Appreciation workshop during the exhibition ‘Divinity and Heritage’ in April 2020 at Jammu.
