In the wake of abrogation of Article 370, Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh are on the cusp of great societal, cultural and economic change. Beyond the government’s multiple initiatives in the union territories, the civil society needs to be mobilised for dialogue and debate, a soft power push to chart the path to revival, unity and vikas, and project it on the national stage. The aim of organising the KV Jammu Dialogue Series on the lines of popular conclaves like the India Today Conclave or the Hindustan Times Conclave is to bring all stakeholders, think tank and civil society groups on a common platform and initiate a constructive dialogue that serves the holistic interests of Jammu and Kashmir.
For the purpose, Kunwar Viyogi Memorial Trust proposes a multi-disciplinary event that brings together the nation’s top military, economic, legal, government and cultural voices for panel discussions, lectures and cultural exchange.
