Footprints of Dogri have been etched at the global stage. Enthralling thousands with its sublime, unadulterated melody, Dogri is conquering the international space during International 8th Kunwar Viyogi Utsav 2023. Be it in Melbourne or London, New Jersey or Paris, imprints of Dogri are being felt globally. While renowned Kathak dancer Sanchita Abrol paid glowing tributes to the celebrated Sahitya Akademi Awardee Kunwar Viyogi with her performance on the poet’s Dogri songs – Rasam Riwaz and Ayi Khushboo to live rendition by Jitender Jamwal at the Melbourn Dance Utsav, Theatre director Aarushi Thakur Rana acquainted London ( land of Shakespeare-The Bard)with Kunwar Viyogi’s more than 2000 English/ Dogri sonnets during an event  – Rules of Love. Dogri is now set to mesmerize the audience in Paris and New Jersey. The Trust in collaboration with Rimjhim Poetry Symposium in New Jersey, USA, is staging the recitation of Kunwar Viyogi’s award-winning book Ghar. Dr Shashi Padha, a renowned name in Dogri literature and language will lend her melodious voice to Viyogi’s Poem Poli and Anoop Bhargava will recite from Viyogi’s iconic Ghar during the illustrious event. Meanwhile, the Trust has also collaborated with Consulat General De Linde, France wherein two international performers will dance on Viyogi’s popular love ballad ‘Kangrel’. International Bharatanatyam dancer Shriyasi Gopinath will also pay rich tributes to Dogri by performing on the celebrated poet’s English and Dogri sonnets in front of France’s landmarks and will be showcasing French Translation of Sonnet Words by the French Actor write Anne Sophie Marie.
